Control Your System from Your Phone

Smart Homes also has smoke & fire alarms, and flood alarms. The smoke & fire alarm will alert you and the fire department in the case of smoke or fire in your home. The flood alarm with send you an alert if there is a leaking toilet, sink, or water heater.
Smart thermostats can be programmed to adjust up or down during the day. You are also able to set the smart thermostat using your mobile app from anywhere. For example, if you want to conserve energy and set the thermostat to a temperature during the day while you are at work. Then by the time you get home it can be programmed to be another temperature.
Garage door openers are also a part of the Smart Home Solutions system. You can open your garage for friends or family from your mobile app. If someone is coming to your house to feed a pet or water your plants, you don’t have to give out your garage door code, you can simply open it for them.
